During 2010, EoEnergia provided technical advice to the Barcelona Energy Agency in the definition of the Plan for Energy Saving and Improvement in Municipal Buildings (PEMEEM) of the Barcelona City Council in order to focus the current policies of the City Hall towards European policies on energy and the environment.
