Transformation and adaptation of maintenance company of the industrial sector to the ESCO model.
The ESCo model has become a mechanism that has highlighted the necessity to analyse the actual savings of any energy improvement project.
During 2013 and 2014 EoEnergia advised a maintenance company specializing in the industrial sector on the transformation of its business model. Technical advice was aimed at introducing the concept of guaranteed savings in maintenance protocols as well as the structure and management of projects. The advice provided also included support on the model contracts to cover any risk associated with the mechanism.
